A huge expanse of rose trees and vineyards cradle the 100 hectares of many varieties of the BENKIRANE family olive trees, all raised and lovingly brought to maturity. |
The geological characteristics of chalky earth and the region’s Mediterranean climate make this particularly adapted to the harvesting of olives, with ideal temperatures averaging 17°C with a minimum of 0°C and maximum of 40 °C, and a concentrated rainfall in autumn and winter. Year-round sun help the olives express every nuance and generous flavor it can produce. |

Presentation of the Pressing Unit :
The fruit is picked and pressed at the mill on the Domaine to extract the perfumed oils which made our Mediterranean ancestors proud.
The intricate taste of our products is thanks to the philosophy of our milling: intelligent use of current technology while respecting the traditions that built this Mediterranean gourmet specialty. Our olive trees are grown with respect for the earth and the environment.
