Raw material and laboratory analysis :

The harvest is carefully planned in advance. With meticulous surveillance, we achieve optimal fruit development and maturity, thus permitting us to fulfill our strict quality standards and to produce an olive oil of premium flavor.

These same quality standards are applied to the choice of our suppliers. Sample analysis is performed upon receipt (olive maturity index, calculation of acidity, oil content), which permits a perfect mastery of our raw material.

Pressing :

Trituration

An ultra modern pressing unit of the latest Italian technology enables cold pressed extraction to ensure the equilibrium of remarkable taste and aroma.

Finished product storage :

Stockage du produit fini

We use stainless steal cisterns and a system of production traceability to master the quality of our finished product and its storage conditions.
